Me: well… I think what can make a makeup blog look good is that fact I show the product use, not the product.

Dom: as in?

Kay: You’ll see pictures of eyeshadow’s and lipglosses, but I don’t want to see them in the pan or in the tube I want to see them on they face.

Dom: understandable, though some of them are artistic pictures of the eyeshadow pans and glosses

Kay: yes but that is like going to an art tumblr, and seeing pictures of paint still in it’s buckets and nothing on the canvas.

In point, I really love makeup and hair, but I like to actually see how it is used, not just what is being used. I love seeing the colors applied to the face and body because there are so many different ways to do so. I like seeing what the product looks like but I like seeing what it looks like on as well. I can enjoy the colors of paint, but why not enjoy it on a canvas?
